Hello

I am a results-driven certified professional career transition and empowerment coach with 5 years of experience. I am also an energetic organizational leader with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.  I possess vital project management Lean yellow belt process improvement expertise and over 10 years of experience in Human Resources.  I have developed workshops and trainings that enhance student/client learning.  I am also a published author with several books available for purchase on Amazon.  One of my published works is a devotional created to help the reader identify and remove repeating obstacles and achieve what they want.  

As a coach, my 30+years of governmental processes, leadership expertise and professional experience serves me in assisting my clients to transform their career goals to lived-out realities.  My approach to coaching is to partner with my client to get a clearer picture of what they want to achieve and create steps that help them successfully carry out their plans.  I also assist with identifying burn-out and develop strategies that include work-life balance, removing the” but” excuse and advancing towards their optimum goal.

I work with clients to provide assessments of where they are now and where they want to be in the future.  I use techniques to evaluate their progress and strategies that assist the client in navigating towards their target.  I create an atmosphere of openness and confidentiality to ensure the client is able to share without judgment.
